Shipping Policy

Processing Time:

• All orders are custom-made and require 3-5 business days for production before shipping.
• Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.

Shipping Time:

• Standard Shipping (7-12 business days) – Free for all orders.
• Express Shipping (4-7 business days) – Additional charges apply at checkout.
• Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email.

International Shipping:

• We ship worldwide! Delivery times may vary based on location and customs processing.
• Customers are responsible for any applicable customs duties or taxes.

Return & Refund Policy

Customized Items:

• Since our name pendants are custom-made, we do not accept returns or exchanges unless there is a defect or mistake on our part.
• If you receive a defective or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos for review.

Non-Custom Items:

• Non-customized jewelry can be returned within 7 days of delivery. Items must be unused, in original packaging, and a return shipping fee may apply.

Refunds & Replacements:

• If eligible, refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days after approval.
• Defective or incorrect items will be replaced at no additional cost.

Order Cancellations & Changes:

• Orders can only be canceled or modified within 12 hours of purchase. After this timeframe, the production process begins, and changes may not be possible.
